I'm building ExtraReps to make the business side of private sports lessons easier for coaches and families, starting with baseball and softball in Texas.

THE STARTING POINT

A real problem.
A reason to build.

Booking a lesson can become a long text thread: finding a time, changing a time, collecting payment and reminding everyone to show up.

I brought availability, booking and payments into a simple shared-link workflow. Coaches set their lessons and hours; families choose an opening and pay when they book.

  • 01A personal booking link with available lesson times
  • 02Online payments, lesson packs and cancellation handling
  • 03Calendar connections and automatic lesson reminders
